Rates & FAQ


What are your rates?

Our rates during weekdays between 9am-5pm are below:

  • One technician - $90/hr
  • Two technicians (if required) - $165/hour
Contact us for a quote on projects that require more than 6 hours.

    Are you available during evenings and weekends?

    Yes we are available during evenings and weekends pending on the availability of our handymen.  Reach out to us via phone or online message to confirm! 

    We charge time and a half (150%) above our standard weekday rates for jobs that occur during evenings and weekends.

    Do you have a minimum charge?

    There is only a minimum one-hour charge per home visit.  We then charge by 15min increments thereafter until the job is completed.

    Most handymen have a minimum two-hour charge but we believe in saving you time and money on smaller jobs if it can be completed within one hour! 

    Do you charge for mileage?

    We do not charge for mileage at most residences within the Greater Vancouver area. 

    A mileage surcharge will not be added for homes within 15km from our base.  Please refer to the radius on the map.  

    We still definitely serve residences within Greater Vancouver but outside of this radius, but a mileage surcharge will be applied to the job. 

    Do you charge for materials?

    All our handymen bring along the basic and correct tools & supplies required to complete the repair so you don't have to. 

    If there are additional materials required that are project-specific, we will identify the cost of those up-front to provide you full visibility and ensure that you are aligned before we further proceed with the job. 

    When is payment due?

    Payment is due when the services are rendered and the job is complete to your satisfaction.  Invoices are due on receipt. 

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We prefer e-transfer, credit cards, debit cards but we also do accept cash.  Please keep in mind our handymen only carry limited change in cash.

    What is the easiest way to obtain a quote or secure a booking?

    You can either:

    1. Give us a call,
    2. Send us a text message,
    3. Send us an email, or
    4. Create an online booking

    If you are contacting us through text or online booking, send us a picture of the specific job site while you are at it so we can match you up with the appropriate handyman, provide you with a cost estimate, and ensure that you are completely aligned before a booking is confirmed.  

    We believe in upfront and consistent communication throughout the booking and repair process to ensure that your experience is hassle-free!

    What if the job or repair is larger or more complicated and first requires a site-visit?

    If communication through verbal conversation or digital pictures is not enough for us to provide you with an accurate cost estimate, we can visit your home to inspect in more detail and provide you with a better estimate.  

    We do have a one-hour charge for the site visit but the fee will be deducted from the total cost should you decide to proceed with us on the project.

    Will you clean up and remove unwanted construction material after the job is complete?

    Of course!

    What if you cannot handle the job?

    We will not accept a project or job unless we are 100% confident beforehand that we can complete it. 

    Do you have insurance?

    Yes we do!  We are fully registered, licensed and carry a $2M liability insurance.
